On the Home tab, click Categorize, and then click a category. To select multiple items, hold down as you click the items. In the message list, select the items you want to export. When the Accounts Settings window opens, select the email account which fails to sync, and click the Repair button. To specify which items you want to export, you can assign them to a category, and then you can export all items in that category.Īt the bottom of the navigation pane, click Mail.
